1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the website of East Coast Siding Contractors, Inc. (“Company”), or by entering into a service agreement with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.

2. Estimates and Proposals

All estimates provided by East Coast Siding Contractors are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated in writing. Estimates are based on conditions observed at the time of assessment. Additional costs may arise if unforeseen conditions are discovered during work (e.g., structural damage, moisture infiltration, or code compliance issues). Any change in scope will be communicated in writing before additional work proceeds.

3. Contract and Authorization

Work will not begin until a written contract is signed by an authorized representative of the property owner or management entity. The signed contract constitutes the complete agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior verbal or written representations.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in the signed project contract. Standard terms are:

• A deposit may be required prior to material ordering or project scheduling.
• Progress payments may be required at defined project milestones.
• Final payment is due upon project completion and customer walkthrough.
• Accounts past due by more than 30 days may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge.

5. Workmanship Warranty

East Coast Siding Contractors provides a workmanship warranty on all completed installations. Warranty terms, duration, and coverage are specified in the project contract. This warranty covers defects in installation workmanship and does not cover damage caused by severe weather events, acts of God, improper maintenance, or modifications made by third parties after project completion. Manufacturer product warranties are separate and governed by the respective manufacturer's terms.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Projects cancelled after materials have been ordered may be subject to restocking fees or material costs already incurred. We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions, material delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Property Access and Site Conditions

The customer agrees to provide reasonable access to the property during scheduled work hours. The customer is responsible for clearing personal property, landscaping, or obstructions from work areas prior to project start. East Coast Siding Contractors is not responsible for incidental damage to items not cleared from the work zone.

8. Permits and Code Compliance

Where required by local jurisdiction, East Coast Siding Contractors will obtain applicable building permits. Permit fees are the responsibility of the property owner and will be included in the project estimate. We perform all work in compliancewith applicable Pennsylvania building codes and local ordinances.

9. Limitation of Liability

East Coast Siding Contractors' total liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the total contract price paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

10. Insurance

East Coast Siding Contractors carries general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage on all active projects. Certificates of insurance are available upon written request prior to project commencement.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from a project or these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
